Diabetes

Well if you are on this page, this means that you know about diabetes but if you had come to this page by chance i would like to add something to your knowledge. In this page i would like to discuss a few things about to cure diabetes. As some of you are familiar that diabetes is the addition of sugar in your blood. In fact doctor does not consider diabetes a disease but it is a condition of your body that invites a lot of other problems and need more attention than any other disease. It makes you prone to many diseases and effects your eyes, heart, lungs etc. A lot of people in the world are living with diabetes and they even do not know about this, these people only find about diabetes when they have side effects and when they go to doctors. There are many articles and information available on internet on diabtetes. Diabetes can be of two type:

Type I:- Where the doctor advises you to take insulin injection

Diabetes Type II:- Where you control your blood level through medicines only.

Some of the symptoms of diabetes are:

Frequent urination

Getting thirsty quickly

Getting hungry quickly

Sweating of palms(even in winter)

Decreasing or increasing of weight

The more the weight, the more are the chances that you get diabetes. Still the doctor are not sure of the reason what causes the diabetes, some say it is genetics, some say because of our daily routine(lack of exercise, eating lot of carbohydrates)

In this video, there are few home made remedies have been advised but as i found that it is very difficult to understand the names of the things he has put as they did not tell the botanical names, it would be difficult to understand.

It is an hour long video which in the ends describes the home made remedies to control the diabetes. I will try my best to put the scientific names of the plants which it has used so that you can benefit from it.

Home Remedies:--

  1. Make juice of one cucumber, one tomato and one bitter gourd. The juice should be taken in morning, empty stomach everyday. To this you can add seven leaves of NEEM and seven flowers of Sada bahar (Vinca rosea) it will reduce your sugar level.
  2. Chew seven flowers of sada bahar or seven leaves of neem, empty stomach in the morning with water.
  3. one spoon of Indian Black berry (Jamun) seed powder when taken on empty stomach every morning helps to control diabetes
  4. Soak 2 gm of fenugreek seed in water for overnight and drink that water early morning is very helpful to control diabetes.
  5. take 500 gm each of wheat, rice, pearl millet and green gram; Warm/Roast them slightly and grind them to make a porridge. Add 20 gm of ajwain (Carum copticum) and 50 gm of white til(Sesamum indicum) in it. Now boil 50 gm of this porridge in 400ml/700ml of water. To taste add some green chillies, ginger, coriander. If this porridge is taken every day for one month, it can control diabetes effectively.
